Terms of Service — Fluentmood

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fluentmood ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fluentmood provides AI-powered English language proficiency diagnostics based on the CEFR framework. Results are estimations and should not be considered official certifications. For official certification, consider IELTS, Cambridge, or TOEFL exams.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account for a single free test. To access additional features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free and Paid Services

Free users may take one test per month with basic analysis. Pro subscriptions ($15/month) provide unlimited tests, full AI analysis, and progress tracking. Deep Reports ($9 one-time) provide detailed PDF analysis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime. Refunds for subscriptions are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Deep Report purchases are non-refundable once generated.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze responses and generate feedback. AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy. Recommendations should be considered suggestions, not professional language instruction.

7. Anti-Cheat System

The Service employs behavioral analysis to ensure result accuracy. This includes timing analysis and response pattern detection. The anti-cheat system assigns a confidence score but never blocks access or alters results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, algorithms, and design elements, is owned by Fluentmood. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute test questions or system outputs without permission.

9. Data Usage

We collect email addresses, test responses, and behavioral data as described in our Privacy Policy. Test data may be used in aggregate to improve the Service and question quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fluentmood is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, inaccurate results, or AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in cheating, or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
